This website serves the Levitt AMP Galva Music Series. This notice explains how information is used when you browse the site, contact the team, apply to participate, or subscribe to concert updates.
Contact and participation forms
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate volunteer or vendor participation. Volunteer and vendor applications are stored privately in WordPress and emailed to the series organizer. General inquiries are delivered through the site’s contact form and email service. Access to application records is restricted to authorized site administrators. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.
Concert updates
The email signup connects to the series’ existing Mailchimp list. Mailchimp processes subscription and confirmation details. Each newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe. See Mailchimp’s privacy information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Google processes information such as pages visited, browser and device details, approximate location, and referral sources. Analytics cookies can help recognize repeat visits.
Application names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message fields are not sent to Analytics. Tracked page addresses omit query strings and fragments. Tracking is excluded from signed-in visits, private previews, and application receipts. Automatic form and site-search measurement and advertising features are disabled.

Site operation and security
The website, hosting provider, and security tools may process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration, and forms use security controls to reduce unwanted submissions.
Donations and external websites
Donation links and payment services, including PayPal, process payments under their own privacy policies. Artist websites, social platforms, and other external links also have their own policies. Please review them when using those services.
